The process is different from the general Fuuffy website process
Fuuffy sensitive cargo channel process (generally go through DHL/FEDEX)
1 Before placing an order on the website, customers must provide Fuuffy customer service with consignment information (product and ingredient list pictures or product links) for confirmation
2 After confirming that it can be sent, the customer will pack the package and place an order on the website (please select DHL/Fedex)
3 After placing the order, Fuuffy will arrange local courier Morning Express (door-to-door collection) to be sent to Fuuffy’s designated warehouse
4 After receiving the package, Fuuffy will check that the goods are normal (if any contraband is found, it will be removed), and then it will be determined based on the verified actual weight and volumetric weight (length x width x height/5000) Update final shipping cost
5 After the customer pays the freight, the express delivery provider for sensitive goods channels will help you prepare a customs declaration invoice, arrange for shipment, and provide a tracking number
Note:
1. If the packaging needs to be changed, the handling fee is 80HKD/package (if 1 package needs to be opened and 2 packages need to be opened, the tax avoidance fee is 160HKD)
2. If after opening the package, it is found that there are items that have not been reviewed by Fuuffy (Prohibited items: such as meat, Chinese and Western medicines, knives, medicinal materials, chemical and biochemical items, etc.) We will return the items via SF Express and charge an additional 50HKD administrative fee.
3. During the epidemic period, the shipping time (from DHL/Fedex receipt) will generally take about 4-7 days (customs clearance is smooth).
4. If Morning Express is unable to collect the goods on the day of reservation due to customer reasons, an additional administrative fee of $40 will be charged.
