If members wish to obtain a tax payment certificate for import duties, they must declare imports through other customs procedures. If members raise disputes regarding any payable fees and submit complaints, this site may suspend their services until responsibility is determined. Additionally, if a member’s service is suspended due to outstanding debts, they may apply for restoration of the service after settling the fees. If members experience late payment of fees after service restoration, this site also retains the right to suspend services.

7.9.2. Products purchased, shipped (collected and paid for) by members (including self-pickup and home delivery) will start counting from when they arrive at the consolidation center in Hong Kong. If items are not picked up within 30 days, this site will begin charging storage fees for those items starting the next day, calculated at NT$50 per item per day until retrieval; if the items exceed 60 days without being picked up, this site will consider that members agree to abandon all ownership of those items, and the company will not notify the members again, nor will it assume custody responsibility, and it has the right to deal with those items. Members cannot claim damages in relation to those items afterward.

9.Refusal or Termination of Services

Members agree that the service provided under any provision of these terms of service may be terminated without prior notice, and members acknowledge and agree that the site may immediately close or delete the member’s account and all related data and files in the member’s account, and cease the use of this service. Furthermore, members agree that if the use of this service is terminated, the site shall not be liable to members or any third party.

10.Damage Compensation

If a member violates relevant laws or breaches any provisions of this agreement, resulting in damage or expenses incurred by this site or its affiliated enterprises, employees, commissioners, agents, and other related performing assistants (including but not limited to attorney and related litigation costs incurred in civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings), the member shall bear the liability for damage compensation or reimburse its expenses.

11.Delivery Notification

Unless otherwise agreed, all notifications under this agreement may be made via email, and they shall be deemed delivered immediately upon being sent to the email address registered by the member, regardless of whether the member has read or if the email has been returned. Additionally, members also agree that the website may provide notifications by posting on its own webpage, and once the announcement is published on the webpage, it shall be considered delivered, regardless of whether the member has read the announcement content.

12.Jurisdiction of the Court

12.1. The interpretation, supplementation, and application of the terms of this agreement shall be governed by the relevant laws of the United States of America. If any part of the terms agreed upon by the members is found to be invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the other agreements.

12.2. For disputes arising from this agreement, both parties agree that the State of Wyoming Court in Wyoming shall be the court of first instance.

13.Lost Package Compensation

13.1. Members understand and agree that for losses arising from the loss of goods, this site will compensate based on the item’s value, with a maximum compensation amount for shipping orders limited to USD $100; the maximum compensation amount for purchasing orders is limited to USD$700.

13.2. Compensation amounts must be in accordance with the value of the items filled out in the order. Members must provide proof of purchase (which proves the quantity and value of the product), a shipping confirmation from the foreign seller, and the contact details of the foreign seller. If the proof of purchase does not match any information in the order, compensation will not be processed.

13.3. Members must actively provide the above complete information to the customer service mailbox. If the information is incomplete or lost, compensation will not be processed.

13.4. In case of any disputes, the final decision of Su Jie easy buy shall prevail.

Exclusions from compensation:

• This site calculates per package (a Tracking Number is required), and if some items within a package are lost, compensation will not be processed.
• No receipt, no inventory record, or no delivery service’s receipt proving delivery to the overseas warehouse (if goods are lost before arriving at the overseas office, members must contact the seller and arrange for a reshipment themselves).
• If the package is subject to inspection, detention, confiscation, or other regulatory measures by government agencies during importation, compensation will not be processed.
• If the package encounters adverse weather, tsunamis, earthquakes, or other natural disasters or force majeure factors such as war, strikes, or riots during transportation, compensation will not be processed.
• If members do not file a compensation request within one week of receiving the package, compensation will not be processed.
• Packages that exceed 30 days of consolidation time or packages labeled as unclaimed after 30 days will not be processed for compensation.
